Founded in 1993 by Rani Chandresh Kumari (Princess of Jodhpur) , Former Member of Parliament and Minister of State for Tourism (Himachal Pradesh), it has the right mix of travel savvy people as its top management.

The Chairperson is Rani Chandresh Kumari, The directors are Vishal Singh Shankhla & Tikaraj Aishwarya Katoch.

Vishal is a graduate in hotel management and a MBA, He has been closely associated with the tourism and hospitality industry in India. Tikaraj Aishwarya is a graduate in marketing from UK. He has extensively traveled around the world and has worked with large corporation in UK and India..
