Mahua Kothi

Mahua Kothi is the first of five Taj Safari Lodges .The accommodation and facilities of the lodge blend charmingly into the quaint and rustic surroundings. It offers a never-before-experienced Indian wildlife circuit, replete with both adventure and – unlike any safari experience in the country so far – impeccable service and lush luxury.Nestled in the vicinity of the breathtaking Bandhavgarh National Park, Mahua Kothi promises an experience that is unconventional, focused on guests’ individual needs and emotions, knowledgeable, sophisticated and innovative. The name Mahua Kothi draws inspiration from one of India’s most beautiful trees, the Madhuca Indica, or as it is commonly known, the Mahua or butter tree.

Taj Lake Palace

Taj Lake Palace (formerly known as Jag Niwas) is managed by the Taj Group. This 250-year-old white-marble palace—the main setting for the James Bond film Octopussy—floats like a vision in the middle of Lake Pichola. You arrive, of course, by boat. The standard rooms are contemporary but elegant; the suites are much larger and more opulent and come with your own private butler. Most rooms have lake views, though some look onto the lily pond or the courtyard, where nightly folk dances are performed. The interiors have numerous inviting public alcoves and balconies for hanging out in. It has been voted as the most romantic hotel in India.

Rambagh Palace

Once home to Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II of Jaipur, Rambagh Palace is now one of the Leading Hotels of the World. This is one of the first palaces to be converted into a Heritage Hotel .This airy, cream-color palace is relaxing and wistfully romantic, down to the peacocks strutting across the lawns and the arcaded back patios. Every room and suite reflects a world of royalty with its exquisite antiques, rich tapestry and paintings from an era gone by. Spread over 47 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, the Rambagh Palace is centrally located, near the main shopping area and the historical monuments.

Amarvilas,Agra

One of India's best premium luxury resorts brings to life the opulent lifestyle of the Moghul emperors. At this Moorish fantasy of sandstone arches and glistening pools, each spacious room—understatedly elegant, with teak floors and rich fabrics—has a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal over a sea of green treetops. Agra's culture and heritage are celebrated in details taken from the Taj Mahal, from the colonnade with its floral frescoes to the guest rooms' marble-inlay tables. Standards of service from staff, including your own butler, are high. If you don't stay here, come to dine, or stop at the bar for a drink and a terrace view of the Taj Mahal and, in the evening, the Rajasthani dancers performing on the roof of the pool pavilion.
